PRAYER 21, June 2nd Part 3 of 8 BOLDNESS AT THE THRONE OF GRACE
[Oh Lord] Bless all Thy people with some special gift, and if we might make a choice of one it would be this: “Quicken us, O Lord, according to Thy Word.” We have life; give it to us more, abundantly. Oh, that we might have so much life that out of the midst of us there might flow rivers of living water.
Make us useful Lord. Do, dear Savior, use the very least among us; take the one talent and let it be put out [invested] to [earn] interest for the great Father. May it please Thee to show each one of us what Thou wouldest [You would] have us to do.
In our families, in our business, in the walks of ordinary life may we be serving the Lord, and may we often speak a word for His name, and help in some way to scatter the light amongst the ever-growing darkness; and ere [before] we go hence [away from here] may we have sown some seed which we shall bring with us on our shoulders in the form of sheaves of blessing.
[We praise and thank you for the unspeakable gift of salvation and for the high calling to serve You under the banner of Your precious name, Lord Jesus, Amen.]

ANECDOTE 300: June 2nd REVIVAL THROUGH PRAYER.
All the mighty works of God have been attended [accompanied] with great prayer, as well as with great faith. Have ye ever heard of the commencement of the great American revival?
A man, unknown and obscure, laid it up in his heart to pray that God would bless his country.
After praying and wrestling and making the soul-stirring inquiry,
“Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? Lord, what wilt thou have me to do ?”
...he hired a room, and put up an announcement that there would be a prayer-meeting held there at such-and-such an hour of the day. He went at the proper hour, and there was not a single person there; he began to pray, and prayed for half an hour alone.
One came in at the end of the half hour, and then two more, and I think he closed with six;
the next week came round, and there might have been fifty dropped in at different times. At last the prayer-meeting grew to a hundred; then others began to start prayer-meetings; at last there was scarcely a street in New York that was without a prayer meeting.
Merchants found time to run in, in the middle of the day, to pray. The prayer-meetings became daily ones, lasting for about an hour; petitions and requests were sent up: these were simply asked and offered before God, and the answers came; and many were the happy hearts that stood up and testified that the prayer offered last week had been already fulfilled.
Then it was when they were all earnest in prayer, suddenly the Spirit of God fell upon the people, and it was rumored that in a certain village a preacher had been preaching in thorough earnest [very earnestly], and there had been hundreds converted in a week. The matter spread into and through the Northern States. These revivals of religion [The Great Awakening] became universal, and it has been sometimes said, that a quarter of a million of people were converted to God through the short space of two or three months.

FAITH’S CHECKBOOK June 2nd IMMEDIATE FREEDOM by C.H. Spurgeon
“FOR NOW WILL I BREAK HIS YOKE FROM OFF THEE, AND WILL BURST THY BONDS IN SUNDER [Apart].”
—Nahum 1:13 Porque ahora quebraré su yugo de sobre ti, y romperé tus coyundas- Nahum 1:13
The Assyrian [enemy] was allowed for a season to oppress the Lord’s people, but there came a time for his power to be broken. So, many a heart is held in bondage by Satan, and frets sorely under the yoke. Oh, that to such prisoners of hope the word of the Lord may come at once, according to the text,
-Now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder-!
See! the Lord promises a present deliverance:
-Now will I break his yoke from off thee.-
Believe for immediate freedom, and according to thy faith SO shall it be unto thee at this very hour.
When God saith [says] -now,- let no man say -tomorrow-.
See how complete the rescue is to be; for the yoke is not to be removed, but broken; and the bonds are not to be untied, but burst asunder [into smithereens].
Here is a display of divine force which guarantees that the oppressor shall not return. His yoke is broken, we cannot again be bowed down by its weight. His bonds [restraints] are burst asunder, they can no longer hold us.
Oh, to believe in Jesus for complete and everlasting emancipation!
-If the Son shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.-
Prayer: Come, Lord, and set free thy [your] captives, according to thy word.
in your name I pray, Amen.
Pray also that all believers rightly divide [understand] God’s everlasting Word, the Bible, The self-authenticating, God breathed, inerrant, infallible, and immutable Word of God providentially preserved and protected.
“For ever O LORD thy word is settled in Heaven.” Psalm 119:89
MORNING June 2nd
"For the flesh lusteth against [abhors]the [Holy] Spirit, and the [Holy] Spirit against the flesh." —Galatians 5:17
—Porque la carne codicia contra el Espíritu, y el Espíritu contra la carne.
— Gálatas 5:17
IN every believer's heart there is a constant struggle between the old nature and the new. The old nature is very active, and loses no opportunity to ply [use] all the weapons of its deadly armory against newborn grace; while on the other hand, the new nature is ever on the watch to resist and destroy its enemy.
Grace within us will employ prayer, and faith, and hope, and love, to cast out the evil; it takes unto it the "whole armor of God," [see Ephesians 6]
and wrestles earnestly. These two opposing natures will never cease to struggle so long as we are in this world.
The battle of "Christian" with "Apollyon" [Two characters in John Bunyan’s “Pilgrim’s Progress” ] (Tap for text) fought for three hours, but the battle of Christian with himself lasted all the way from the Wicket Gate to the river Jordan. The enemy is so securely entrenched within us that he can never be driven out while we are in this body: but although we are closely assailed [attacked], and often in sore conflict [embattled], we have an Almighty helper, even Jesus, the Captain of our salvation, who is ever with us and assures us that we shall eventually be more than conquerors through Him. With such assistance
the new-born nature is more than a match for its foes.
Are you fighting with the adversary today? Are Satan, the world, and the flesh, all
against you? Be not discouraged nor dismayed.
Fight on!
For God Himself is with you; Jehovah Nissi is your banner and Jehovah Rophi is the healer of your wounds. Fear not, you shall overcome, for who can defeat Omnipotence [Almighty, infinite power]?
Fight on, "looking unto Jesus;"
and though long and stern [difficult] be the conflict,
sweet will be the victory, and glorious the promised reward.
From strength to strength go on;
Wrestle, and fight, and pray,
Tread all the powers of darkness down,
And win the well-fought day.

EVENING June 2nd "Good Master. " —Matthew 19:16
—Maestro bueno —Mateo 19:16
IF the young man in the gospel used this title in speaking to our Lord, how much more fitly may I thus address Him! He is indeed my Master in both senses, a ruling Master and a teaching Master.
I delight to run on His errands, and to sit at His feet. I am both His servant and His disciple, and count it my highest honor to own the double character. If He should ask me why I call Him "good," I would have a ready answer. It is true that
"there is none good but one, that is, God,"
but then He is God, and all the goodness of Deity shines forth in Him.
In my experience I have found Him good, indeed, so good that all the good I have has come to me through Him. He was good to me when I was dead in sin, for He raised me by His Spirit's power;
He has been good to me in all my needs, trials, struggles, and sorrows. Never could there be a better Master, for His service is freedom; His rule is love. I wish I were one thousandth part as good a servant.
When He teaches me as my Rabbi, He is unspeakably good, His doctrine is divine, His manner [of teaching] is on our level, His spirit is gentleness itself.
No error mingles [mixes] with His instruction—pure is the golden truth He brings forth, and all His teachings lead to goodness, sanctifying [being divinely set apart] as well as edifying [building-up] the disciple [believer].
Angels find Him a good Master and delight to pay their homage [Holy respect] at His footstool [feet]. The ancient saints proved Him to be a good Master, and each of them rejoiced to sing,
"I am Your servant, 0 Lord!"
My own humble testimony must certainly be to the same effect. I will bear this witness before my friends and neighbors, for possibly they may be led by my testimony to seek my Lord Jesus as their Master.
0, that they would do so! They would never repent [go back on] so wise a deed.
If they would but take His easy yoke, they would find themselves in so royal a service that they would enlist in it forever.

You can cast your cares on the Lord…
1. Call on Him. As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.. ...Psalm 55:16
2. Trust Him. Commit thy way unto the Lord; and he shall bring it to pass ... Psalm 37:5
3. Come to Him, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I [He] will give you rest.. Matthew 11:28
4. Give Him the burden. Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22]

CONCLUSION
Let it be said that no matter how good any modern version of the New Testament is in any other way, it is clearly blemished if the work of Westcott and Hort or Nestle & Aland.is its Greek Textual basis. Their work means that the translation is based on the defective Critical Text. Those who honor GOD’S Word must not rely on any version or edition based on the Critical Greek Text, not because the content of the version is entirely evil in itself, but because they are content to use a weakened version that diminishes the person of the Lord Jesus. rather than the existing, preserved, inerrant unblemished one, dishonors God. If God has preserved for His people a Traditional Greek text of the New Testament for 18 centuries, how dishonoring it must be to Him if His people now chose versions that are based on the defective and inferior Greek manuscripts invented by Westcott & Hort and Nestle & Aland.
THE LORD JESUS CHRIST is GOD’S INCARNATE WORD [GOD’S WORD MADE FLESH] and His EVERLASTING [Once, and for ALL] SACRIFICE for ALL Sin]. HE is The Lamb of God, God’s WORD in Human flesh.] The CHURCH is His Body, the BODY of *CHRIST,
(The *MESSIAH). The CHURCH is His espoused [Divinely and legally promised (and legally bound) Bride], to whom HE will return and wed [marry].
This singular event, the birth of Jesus Christ, establishes and defines all chronology [TIME] in all Human History as being either Before or After HIS BIRTH.
John 1:1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [AS His WORD is ETERNAL and IMMUTABLE it IS and WAS and FOREVER FOR EVER MORE SHALL BE] Jesus Christ is GOD’s [incarnate] WORD, MADE FLESH and is ONE with the FATHER.
I, and my Father are ONE. John 10:30

Why Cults, False Teachers and Heretics have tried to delete 1 John 5:7
from the Bible.
By Dr. Phil Stringer
By Dr. Phil Stringer
1 John 5:7 Is The Great Trinitarian Proof Text of The Bible. (For The immutable Doctrine of the Trinity.)
Daniel Webster [Author of the Famous Webster Dictionary] was once asked. “Does it not bother you [Mr. Webster] to believe in the Trinity since you cannot explain it?
His answer was, “What would bother me would be to have a God so small that I could fully explain HIM.”

In addition to overwhelming evidence of authenticity from the 5,321 Majority Text Greek manuscripts, this link gives Translational Evidence that proves the age of the Textus Receptus to be older than both the Codices Sinaiticus and Vaticanus, Primary Greek sources used in all Critical Text translations.
This includes Westcott and Hort, Nestle and Aland and the Codices Sinaiticus and *Vaticanus.
*The unique and final Greek Text so deemed, authorized and sanctioned by the Catholic Church and The Vatican.

The Lord Jesus *Christ
[*Anointed Messiah]
was supernaturally Fathered by the Holy Ghost, and born of a teen-aged virgin girl named Mary 2026 years ago in Bethlehem of Judea.
He was crucified, and His lifeless body was placed in a tomb. After three days, GOD brought Him back to life again, and raised HIM from the dead victorious over sin, death and the grave.
He is GOD’S Incarnate WORD and Everlasting SACRIFICE, The LAMB of GOD, [THE WORD of GOD made flesh.] The CHURCH is the BODY of *Christ,
*[The MESSIAH.]
[The CHURCH] is HIS espoused [Legally Bound] Bride, for whom HE will come again to consummate their Marriage in the Marriag and Protected Words of GOD.
These WORDS are God-Breathed, [Spoken] Eternal WORDS spoken by Almighty GOD. The same GOD who calls Himself “I AM”, is Omni-Lingual, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Immutable, All-Wise, Omnipresent, Eternally and Supremely Holy. He is the One-and-Only Triune, Three-in-One GOD.
“I and my Father are one”. John 10:30
________________________________
1 John 5:7 Is the fundamental scriptural basis for the doctrine and essential tenet of the Trinity. [The Triune, [Three-in-One] GOD in-Three Persons (This verse has been omitted or Changed to diminish the authority and the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ or has been Removed entirely from all Critical Text translations by apostates that hold to the untenable goal of False Doctrine that gives rise to all manner of Cults, False Teaching, Heresies, false Prophets, Agnostics, Gnostics, Atheists and Pagans.
Therefore, The incarnate WORD of GOD, [Jesus *Christ
(*The Anointed MESSIAH) and His Father are ONE.] John 10:30
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, [Jesus Christ] and the Holy Ghost: and
THESE THREE ARE ONE. John 10:30
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, [Holy Ghost] and the Water [Life of the Father], and the Blood; [The Sacrificial Blood of Jesus Christ]: and these three AGREE IN ONE. 9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son, [The LORD Jesus *Christ
*(The Anointed Messiah)].
GOD calls Himself “I AM” and Jesus Christ is The WORD made Flesh, GOD’s WORD is infinite and will endure FOREVER, from Eternity Past through the never-ending Eternal Future.

The Traditional Text: It's History & Manifestation
By Dr. David Sorenson
In addition to evidence of authenticity from the 5,321 Majority Text manuscripts, this link presents Translational Evidence that the Traditional Text is Inerrant, Infallible and is the Inspired [Word-by-Word, GOD-Breathed Greek Text that moved the Prophets and Apostles to write precisely the Greek and Hebrew words they were told to write by the Holy Ghost]
The Traditional Text. Length: (33:56 minutes)
The Traditional Greek Text was printed by Desiderius Erasmus and was used in the FIRST Christian Church at Antioch. It was later called The Received Text [vis. Latin: The Textus Receptus TR].
Over Five Billion King James Bibles, the 1769 Edition [NOT the NEW King James Bibles based on the inferior Critical Greek Text] account for more sales world-wide than any other version or edition of the Holy Bible.
This is more than all other Bible Versions and Editions Combined.

By Dr. David Sorenson
So, Dr. Sorenson, “I hear You are King James Only.”
No, I’m Traditional Text only. But if you come to the view and the conviction of being Traditional Text only, you will be Only King James.
The issue is not translational.
Marketing ploys by publishing companies that have little basis in reality would have us to believe that the new versions are:
-
Easier to read.
-
More modern.
-
More accurate (Not true)
The most popular. (KJV is still the most popularly read Bible in America)
The issue comes down to the textual issue. By That, I refer to the underlying Greek text. I guess we could say texts, plural but particularly that of the New Testament. On the one hand is the Traditional Text from which the only major English translation is the King James Version of the Bible. The Traditional Text.
On the other hand, is the Critical Text sometimes called the eclectic text from whence all the other translations come. And some will say well there really is no difference between them. The difference you could amount to is just the footnotes in the bottom of a page. (This is Not true) He was not dishonest but just repeating what someone had told him.
