All Bible versions NOT translated from the Textus Receptus [The (traditional) Received Greek Text] include variant readings that diminish the full glory and the most Holy reverence due to Almighty GOD, that He preserves and protects it immutably in the 1769 Edition of the 1611 King James Version KJV Bible. This version is also known as the Authorized King James Version AKJV and the Authorized Version AV. ALL GLORY is due to and must be given to the Omnipotent Lord of ALL.
The Geneva Bible was also faithfully translated from the Greek Textus Receptus and included comments favorable to the Protestant Reformation from inspired, devoted, faithful Christian men of GOD; They were Puritan Believers known to be beyond reproach.
This Bible was first brought to Plymouth Massachusetts in the American Colonies by the Puritan Pilgrims guided by Captain Christopher Jones’s on the Mayflower sailing ship in 1620. A 1592 Edition of the Geneva Bible that belonging to a Mayflower passenger and the Governor of the Plymouth Colony (Later to become the State of Massachusetts) by William Bradford and is on display at the Pilgrim Hall Museum in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the oldest continuously operating public museum in the United States.
The traditional Textus Receptus [Received Greek Text] unlike any other Greek Text was taken from more than 5,321 original Majority Greek Manuscripts MT that agree 98% with one another. Other variant readings are translations invented by either Westcott and Hort or Nestle and Aland. These fabricated Greek Texts were translated from only a handful [45] of Majority Text Manuscripts MT and lack the trustworthiness of the inspired 1769 [1611] King James Version, KJV or the Geneva Bible and are the only two translations of the traditional, reliable, inspired, [GOD BREATHED] immutable and providentially and divinely protected Textus Receptus.

The Bridge to Babylon video presents evidence that tracks the explosion of more than 100 new versions of English translations of the Bible. The continuing attempts to replace, add or take away from the 1769 King James Version of the Holy Bible does not prevail because GOD Himself preserves and protects The inspired, inerrant, immutable and infallible Holy Word of GOD from all heresy, blasphemy, confusion , errors, additions, subtractions or changes.

BCE/CE vs. BC/AD Is there a difference?
defend the Truth. Won’t you?
*A.D. does NOT mean “After Death” as many mistakenly believe. It is Latin for Anno Domini, a phrase adopted into English usage that means “Year of [the/our] Lord”. The complete original phrase "anno Domini nostri Jesu Christi" means "in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ”. A.D. and together with B.C. Before Christ is used to divide all history before and after the birth of Jesus the Christ [Messiah]. ...More

Can DAILYSPURGEON be trusted? Is it trustworthy?
Is it of God?
YES, it can! Yes, it is! Here’s why.
Beloved ones, don’t be believing every spirit [everyone or !everything] you hear but be testing the spirit [voice] whether it is of God: because many false prophets have gone [come] out into the world. Here’s how you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit [voice] that confesses [avows] that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh, having come[who came] out of God, is of God: and every spirit that confesses not [doesn’t audibly avow] that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
I therefore must and do audibly confess, that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh.
[All translations of the Bible that use a Greek text other than the traditional and faithful Textus Receptus ignore the Greek word “ictin” [the Greek word that means “is” in English]. This omission causes the meaning of “is here” to be changed from “is” come” [is here] to “has” come”.
This error is self-evident because non-believers, false prophets, atheists or heretics can, and frequently do, affirm that Jesus Christ “has come” [in the flesh].
While this is a true statement, when taken at face value, the meaning “has come” is clearly not the same as “is here”; which is the valid, scriptural test of discernment to know if words are from the Spirit of God or the spirit of antichrist.
The most well documented fact in all of human history is that the Lord Jesus Christ [The Messiah] “has” come in the flesh. However, the question of much greater importance, is not whether the spirit [a spoken or written word] being considered and tested confesses that Jesus Christ “has come” in the flesh but, whether the confession being made affirms that Jesus Christ, “is come” [is here], from God, in the flesh.
For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I [The Apostle Paul] speak concerning Christ and the church. [The body and Bride of CHRIST]
_____________________________________________________________
“I speak concerning Christ and the church.” [the fleshly embodiment, here and now , of the body of Christ]. Because followers of Jesus Christ are members of the incarnate Body of Christ [The Church] I affirm and avow that Jesus Christ is here
[Not “Has come”] in the flesh.

PRAYER 19, Part 4 of 11 December 14th GOD’S UNSPEAKABLE GIFT.
Still, Lord, though [we are] healed of a former lameness so that now we have strength, we need a further touch from Thee [You]; we are so apt [likely] to get dull and stupid; come and help us, Lord Jesus. A vision of Thy [Your] face will brighten us; but to feel Thy [Your] Spirit touching us will make us vigorous. Oh! for the leaping and the walking of the man born lame. May we today dance with holy joy like David before the Ark of God. May a holy exhilaration take possession of every part of us; may we be glad in the Lord; may our mouth be filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing, “for the Lord hath done great things for us whereof we are glad.” [We praise You for this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.] (Complete Prayer is attached in e-mail as: PRAYER 19.doc) ________________________________________
ANECDOTE 134: Vapid [Lifeless] Conversation.
Brothers, I leave it to yourselves to judge whether your communications with one another are always such as they should be. Are they always worthy of you? What communications have ye [you] had this morning? Can I make a guess? [Perhaps you have said:] “Nice and fresh this morning.” [or maybe you said:] “Quite a change in the weather.” Is not this the style? [Isn’t this typical of our conversation with each other?]
How often we instruct each other about what we all know! When it rains so as to soak our garments we gravely tell each other that it is very wet. Yes, and if the sun shines we are all eager to communicate the wonderful information that it is warm. Dear me, what instructors of our generation we are! Could we not contrive to change the subject? Is it because we have nothing to say of love, and grace, and truth that we meet and part without learning or teaching any thing? Perhaps so.
I wish we had a little more small change of heavenly converse [conversation]: we have our 1crowns and 2sovereigns for the pulpit,
[1an old usually silver British coin worth five shillings (or ¼ pound — $ .39)]
[2any of various gold coins of the United Kingdom]
[However] we need 3groats and 4pence for common talk, all stamped with the image and superscription of the King of heaven. Holy Spirit enrich us after this sort. [kind of conversation]. [Let all conversation, regardless of it’s ascribed value, be holy, righteous and bring forth the healing salt of Godliness.]
[3lit. milled grain, larger than grits, old British coins worth six US pennies]
[4plural of penny (a monetary unit of the United Kingdom equal to 1⁄100 pound —1 ½ cents, US)]

FAITH’S CHECKBOOK December 14th NOTHING OLD
—And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new— Revelation 21:5
—Y el que estaba sentado en el trono dijo: He aqui, yo hago nuevas todas las cosas— Apocalipsis 21:5
Glory be to His name! All things need making new [to be made new], for they are sadly battered and worn by sin. It is time that the old vesture [work clothing] was rolled up and laid aside, and that creation put on her Sunday suit [best clothes]. But no one else can make all things new except the Lord who made them at the first; for it needs [just] as much power to make [any thing] out of evil as to make [it] out of nothing.
Our Lord Jesus has undertaken the task, and He is fully competent for the performance of it. Already He has commenced [started] His labor, and for centuries He has persevered in [overcome through adversity to] making new the hearts of men, and the order of society. By-and-by [later on] He will make new the whole constitution of human government, and human nature shall be changed by His grace; and there shall come a day when the body shall be made new, and raised like
unto His glorious body [to live forever]. What a joy to belong to a kingdom in which everything is being made new by the power of its King!
We are not dying out: we are hastening on to a more glorious life. Despite the opposition of the powers of evil, our glorious Lord Jesus is accomplishing His purpose, and making us, and all things about us, —new, — and as full of beauty as when they first came from the hand of the Lord. [in creation]
Prayer: Thank You Lord Jesus that from your seat of sovereign, holy authority You make all things new in the believer’s heart, the order of society, human nature, the government on earth and creation itself. Help me therefore, to confide in You and to be content with the peace of mind that passes understanding. as I come nearer to You and now have everything new, fresh and beautiful and everlasting in Jesus name, Amen.

MORNING December 14th
"They go from strength to strength. "— Psalm 84:7
—Irán de fortaleza en fortaleza— Salmos 84:7
THEY go from strength to strength. There are various renderings of these words, but all of them contain the idea of progress [ever increasing strength].
Our own good translation of the authorized version [KJV] is enough for us this morning. "They go from strength to strength." That is, they grow stronger and stronger. Usually, if we are walking, we go from strength to weak¬ness; we start fresh and in good order for our journey, but by-and-by the road is rough and the sun is hot; we sit down by the wayside, and then again painfully pur¬sue our weary way. But the Christian pilgrim having obtained fresh supplies of grace, is as vigorous after years of toilsome travel and struggle as when he first set out. He may not be quite so elated [joyous] and buoyant, nor perhaps quite so hot and hasty in his zeal as he once was, but he is much stronger in all that constitutes real power, and travels, if more slowly, far more surely. Some gray-haired veterans have been as firm in their grasp of truth and as zealous in diffusing it as they were in their younger days; but, alas [oh my goodness!], it must be confessed it is often otherwise, for the love of many [believers] waxes cold and iniquity abounds, but this is their own sin and not the fault of the promise which still holds good:
"The youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint." Fretful spirits sit down and trouble themselves about the future. "Alas [oh, my]!" say they, "we go from affliction to affliction." Very true, ,O you of little faith, but then you go from strength to strength also. You will never find a bundle of affliction that does not have sufficient grace bound up in the midst of it. God will give the strength of ripe manhood with [accompanied by] the burden allotted to full-grown shoulders.

EVENING December 14th
"I am crucified with Christ. "— Galatians 2:20
—Con Cristo estoy juntamente crucificado— Gálatas 2:20
THE Lord Jesus Christ acted in what He did as a great public representative person, and His dying on the cross was the virtual [was truly the] dying of all His people. Then all His saints rendered unto justice what was due, and made an expiation [extinguishing guilt, by His atonement] to divine vengeance for all their sins. The apostle of the Gentiles [Paul the apostle] delighted to think that as one of Christ's chosen people, he died upon the cross in Christ. He did more than believe this doctrinally, he accepted it confidently, resting his hope on it. He [Paul] believed that by virtue of Christ's death, he had satisfied divine justice, and found reconciliation with God. Beloved, what a blessed thing it is when the soul can, as it were, stretch itself on the cross of Christ, and feel, "I am dead; the law has slain me, and I am therefore free from its power because in my Surety I have borne the curse and in the person of my Substitute [Jesus Christ] the whole that the law could do by way of condemnation has been executed upon me, for I am crucified with Christ."
But Paul meant even more than this.
He not only believed in Christ's death, and trusted in it, but he actually felt its power in himself in causing the crucifixion of his old corrupt nature. When he saw the pleasures of sin, he said, "I cannot enjoy these: I am dead to them." Such is the experience of every true Christian. Having received Christ, he is to this world as one who is utterly dead. Yet, while conscious of death to the world, we can, at the same time, exclaim with the apostle,
"Nevertheless I live." He is fully alive unto God. The Christian's life is a matchless riddle. No worldling [person of the world] can comprehend it; even the believer himself cannot understand it. Dead, yet alive! Crucified with Christ, and yet at the same time risen with Christ in newness of life! Union with the suffering, bleeding Savior, and death to the world and sin, are soul-cheering things. [Hallelujah!] 0h, for more enjoyment of them!

A SINNERS PRAYER FOR ANYONE WHO SHALL CALL:
Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21
For "whosoever will" may surely come and take of the water of life freely, because "whosoever will" [one who] is already drawn by the Father! And you have the word of Christ: "All that the Father giveth me, shall come to me; and him that cometh unto me I will in no wise cast out !"
Therefore, pray and call on the Lord Jesus and be saved … won’t you?
(Pray audibly, and wholeheartedly:)
“Lord Jesus, I’m lost. I’m a selfish, sinful and hopeless sinner. I cannot save myself. Without you and your sacrifice on the cross to save me, I would be hell bound. My sinful nature reveals itself in my sinfulness. I’m totally depraved and I sin because it is my natural born inclination. I know that me doing my best, or being as good as I can, or better than others or making excuses will never be enough to save myself.
I need to be saved.
I look to You, Lord Jesus to save me. Your word states, “It shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21. I call on You now Lord Jesus believing You will save me.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, that You so loved me that you would and, in fact, did die for me on the cross.
I ask that You forgive all my sins and save me. I’m sorry for all my sins and turn away from each one. Thank you, Lord, for paying, in full, the price of punishment for all my sins and for saving me.
Thank you, Heavenly Father that You say, “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: for I am God and there is none else.”
I do look to You in believing You always keep Your Word and. will save me.
Thank You for revealing in me, that the wages of sin is death; but Your gift is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Thank You, Heavenly Father that you raised Jesus from the dead victorious over sin, death and the grave and that in Him I am eternally saved.
Thank you for saving me. Holy Spirit. please guide me into all truth and shape me into the very image of Your only begotten son, the Lord Jesus Christ in whose name I pray, Amen.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our solemn aim is to trust and obey the Lord Jesus in everything. This relies completely upon God to achieve His purpose for us through His means. We purpose, with God’s empowerment and help, to save the lost, comfort, strengthen and encourage believers, and rightly divide God’s Word to proclaim the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ to every creature.
The Holy Bible is God’s eternal, inerrant, infallible, immutable revealed and divinely preserved Word. It is His supernatural, complete scripture of all revealed truth. He brings guidance through it to us personally and to each local body of Christian believers. With God’s empowerment, we will read, study, meditate-on, trust-in and obey God’s Holy Bible and encourage others to do the same. We hold it to be the supreme authority and the preeminent and divinely established Stare Decisis [Latin: to stand by that which is decided, the legal principle of precedence, literally "to stand by decided matters"] in all things.
Tabernacle History:
The inspired preaching, teaching, soul winning and writings of Charles Haddon Spurgeon were solely based, empowered and inspired by God’s Holy Word the Bible. His written sermons and devotional content continue to benefit today’s readers with authentic Gospel preaching and sound biblical teaching. His ministry continues to flourish from the original (Spurgeon’s) Metropolitan Tabernacle, a church fellowship began in 1650 with the present building constructed by members of the congregation in 1861 and rebuilt after the second world war..
Spurgeon's written materials are for the edification of the church body as well as a great benefit, blessing and challenge to all readers. Our desire is that the written Word of God will become the Living Word in each and every reader. To this end, a calendar is indexed (top, right) on the Home page of DailySpurgeon.com for daily study, meditation and prayer. An unabridged and strictly maintained fidelity to Spurgeon’s original calendar and unabridged text is carefully guarded.

Now, as we remember the sound of him saying “Later”, it rings very true as to its new and deeper meaning and it brings a joyfulness and comfort to the hearts of those he loved so well; those who love him still and will forever more.
… we are reminded of the promise of the Hymn:
’Till We Meet Again. Amen.

What Can You Trust Titus 1:2 with Dr. Peter Masters
Life is a search for dependable things in an unreliable world. Apart from wilful lies there are countless mistaken ideas, half-truths, empty promises, excuses and exaggerations, not to mention gossip and slander. Here the truthfulness of God is presented and His solid promises to all who come to Him.

THE PILGRIM’S PROGRESS by John Bunyan
ORIGINAL: The Pilgrim’s Progress Pub. by Logos in 1853 from the 1678 Original
REVISED: by Barry E. Horner: The Pilgrim’s Progrefs [sic] ©1999
The Pilgrim Progress is the world’s most widely published and most famous Allegory, It was commonly found among he scant possessions in the cabins of the early American Pioneers. It was loved and read, second only to the Holy Bible, God’s Word, of guidance, encouragement and comfort. It’s also considered, by some, to be the world’s first English novel and is the most published book of all time. other than the Bible. There were 1,300 editions printed before 1938, 250 years after the author's death. It remains among the world’s most famous literature.
Excerpt from Spurgeon Sermon ― CHRIST IN YOU
"Christ in us is Christ reigning." reminds me [Spurgeon] of Mr. Bunyan’s picture of [the town of] Mansoul, …when the Prince Immanuel laid siege to it, and Diabolus from within the city strove to keep him out. It was a, hard time for Mansoul then; but when at last the battering rams had broken down the gates, and the silver trumpets sounded, and the prince’s captains entered the breach, then on a day the prince himself did ride down the city’s streets, while liberated citizens welcomed him with all their hearts, hung out all their streamers, and made the church towers rock again as the bells rang out merry peals [melodies] , for the king himself was come. Up to the castle of the heart [main castle] he rode in triumph, and took his royal throne to be henceforth the sole lord and king of the city.
Christ in you is a right royal word. Christ swaying his scepter from the center of your being over every power and faculty, desire and resolve, bringing every thought into captivity to himself, oh, this is glory begun, and the sure pledge of heaven. Oh for more of the imperial sovereignty of Jesus; it is our liberty to be absolutely under his sway.
Spurgeon Sermon: December 10th Christ in You, May 13, 1883 Scripture: Colossians 1:27 From: Metropolitan Tabernacle Pulpit, Volume 29 (cit. II. THE SWEETNESS OF THIS MYSTERY, WHICH IS CHRIST IN YOU, § 5)
