Who is Charles Haddon Spurgeon?

…an introduction

The inspired preaching, teaching and writings  of Charles Haddon Spurgeon were bedrock solid on God’s revealed Word, the Bible.  His written publications continue to benefit readers through authentic Gospel preaching and sound biblical teaching. His ministry continues to flourish from the  Metropolitan Tabernacle,   (Brief History) a church begun in 1650. The building was constructed by members of the congregation in 1861. It continues to thrive and flourish today.

Charles Haddon Spurgeon’s Conversion   December 11th in 1850  in his own words.

All Bible versions NOT  translated from the Textus Receptus [The (traditional) Received Greek Text] include variant  readings that diminish the full  glory and the most Holy reverence due to Almighty GOD, that He preserves and protects it and it’s  immutably  in the 1769 Edition of the 1611 King James Version  KJV Bible. This version is also known as the Authorized King James  Version  AKJV and the  Authorized Version AV.  ALL GLORY is due to and must be given to the Omnipotent Lord of ALL.

The Geneva Bible was also faithfully translated from the Greek Textus Receptus and included  comments favorable to the Protestant Reformation  from inspired, devoted,  faithful Christian men of GOD; They were Puritan Believers known to be  beyond reproach.

This Bible was first brought to Plymouth Massachusetts  in the American Colonies by the Puritan Pilgrims guided by Captain Christopher Jones’s on the Mayflower sailing ship in 1620. A 1592 Edition of the Geneva Bible that belonging to a Mayflower passenger and the Governor of the Plymouth Colony (Later to become the State of   Massachusetts) by William Bradford and is on display at the Pilgrim Hall Museum in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the oldest continuously operating public museum in the United States.

The traditional Textus Receptus [Received Greek Text] unlike any other Greek Text was taken  from more than 5,321 original Majority Greek Manuscripts MT that agree 98% with one another. Other variant readings are translations invented by  either Westcott and Hort or Nestle and Aland. These fabricated Greek Texts were translated from only a handful [45] of Majority Text Manuscripts MT and  lack the  trustworthiness of  the inspired 1769 [1611] King James Version, KJV or the Geneva Bible and are the only two translations of the traditional, reliable, inspired, [GOD BREATHED] immutable and providentially and divinely protected Textus Receptus.

Bridge to Babylon The 1881 Textual Criticism Controversy

(1) URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIC5rUbs_-E&t=9s
             (169 mins.)

The Bridge to Babylon video presents evidence that tracks the explosion of more than 100 new versions of English translations  of the Bible. The continuing attempts to replace, add or take away from the 1769 King James Version of the Holy Bible does not  prevail because GOD Himself preserves and protects The  inspired, inerrant, immutable and infallible  Holy Word of GOD from all heresy, blasphemy, confusion , errors, additions, subtractions or changes.

*A.D. does NOT mean “After Death” as many mistakenly believe. It is Latin for Anno Domini,  a  phrase adopted into English usage that means  “Year of [the/our] Lord”.  The complete  original phrase "anno Domini nostri Jesu Christi" means "in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ”. A.D. and together with B.C. Before Christ   is used to divide all history before and after the birth of Jesus the Christ [Messiah].   ...More

Can   DAILYSPURGEON  be trusted? Is it trustworthy?

Is it of God?

YES, it can!    Yes, it is!     Here’s why.

1 John 4:1-3

Beloved ones, don’t be believing every spirit [everyone or !everything] you hear but be testing the spirit [voice] whether it is of God: because many false prophets have gone [come] out into the world. Here’s how you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit [voice] that confesses [avows] that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh, having come[who came] out of God, is of God: and every spirit that confesses not [doesn’t audibly avow] that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

I therefore must and do audibly confess,  that Jesus Christ is come  [is here]  in the flesh.

[All translations of the Bible that use a Greek text other than the traditional and faithful Textus Receptus ignore the Greek word “ictin” [the Greek word that means “is” in English].  This omission causes the meaning of “is here” to  be changed from “is” come” [is here] to “has” come”.

This error is self-evident because non-believers, false prophets, atheists or heretics can, and frequently do, affirm that Jesus Christ “has come” [in the flesh].

While this is a true statement, when taken at face value, the  meaning  “has come” is clearly not the same as “is here”; which is the valid, scriptural test of  discernment to know if words are from the Spirit of God or the spirit of antichrist.

The most well documented fact in all of human history is that the Lord Jesus Christ [The Messiah]  “has” come in the flesh. However, the question of much greater importance,  is not whether the spirit [a spoken or written word] being considered and tested confesses that Jesus Christ “has come” in the flesh but, whether the confession being made affirms that Jesus Christ, “is come” [is here], from God, in the flesh.

Compare and consider [Meditate upon] scripture with scripture:  Precept upon precept, Line upon line…
Isaiah 28:10-14

Ephesians 5:30-32

For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

32 This is a great mystery: but I [The Apostle Paul]  speak concerning Christ and the church.  [The body and Bride of CHRIST]

“I speak concerning Christ and the church.” [the fleshly embodiment, here and now ,  of the body of Christ]. Because  followers of Jesus Christ are members of the incarnate Body of Christ [The Church] I affirm and avow that Jesus Christ is here

[Not “Has come”] in the flesh.

DAILY SPURGEON    December 15th    *A.D. 2025

Rejoice In The LORD Always  tap and sing, won’t you?  Philippians 4:4

…and rejoice that the LORD  has provided  dailyspurgeon.com  to continue, Lord willing, to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the e-mail ministry, inspired by Jon Edward Riley (1971- 2021) and the many that he invited.

BEST ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF THE BIBLE:

GOD’S HOLY WORD is (Immutable, [unchanging over time, unable to mutate or to be changed],  inspired, [God breathed], Self-Authenticating [. Providentially Protected and Preserved and Forever Settled in Heaven, Psalm 119:89) The Authorized King James Bible. AKA The Authorized Version, AV.

Is It The Best?   David Hocking

David’s Summary  (8 min.) The problem is not English, but which Greek text was used to render the English translation.

1 John 4:1-3

(AKJV) Translation From Textus Receptus:  The Ultimate Stare Decisis [to stand by things decided]

Psalm 119:89  ל   (Lamed)  For ever, O  Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.

Beloved ones, don’t be believing every spirit [everyone or everything] you hear but be testing the spirit [voice] whether it is of God: because many false prophets have gone out into the world. Here’s how you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit [voice] that confesses [avows] that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh, having come[who came] from God, is of God:  and every spirit that confesses [avows] not that Jesus Christ is come [is here] in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit [voice] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Therefore, I hereby confess that “Jesus Christ is here, from God, in the flesh.”

[English translations of the Bible that use Greek manuscripts other than the Textus Recptus render the English text to be  “Has come”.

Translations from such manuscripts do not consider  “ictin”  (The Greek word for is)  and therefore fail to correctly render it, “Is come” [Is Here].  (AKJV)

This  error is evident, also,  because non-believers and false prophets can, and sometimes do,  make the confession that He “has come” in the flesh. This is not surprising because the birth of Jesus Christ is arguably the most well documented fact in all of recorded history.  Indeed, Jesus Christ has come in the flesh. While this is true, discernment could scarcely be ascertained as to whether the spirit [words] being tested can be discerned to be either from God or from the antichrist.  While its  true that Jesus Christ “has come” in the flesh, it is of crucial importance, to hear (and make) the confession that Jesus Christ, “is here,  from God, in the flesh.”

By reading and meditating on Scripture in view of all other relevant Scripture, God’s Word  is self-authenticated:

1 John 4:1-3 with Ephesians 5:30-32

30 for we are members of his [Jesus Christs’]  body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

[We are members of His body, flesh and bones, one flesh with Him, as the church].

He was born of a virgin 2025 years ago, lives today,

and is coming soon for His bride; the Church.

"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:

God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit,

believed on in the world, received up into glory."
1 Timothy 3:16

It’s the heart’s desire of every believer to worship God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, in Spirit and in truth.

“Study to show yourself approved unto God, a worker that needs not be ashamed, rightly dividing [accurately preaching] the word of truth.”    2 Timothy 2:15

To this end, Heavenly Father, we pray that You will bless all who visit this website bringing  many to the Lord Jesus Christ.  We ask this in Jesus’ name and for His sake, Amen.

This website  does not replace nor can it be a substitute for in-person meeting and assembling of ourselves together. Hebrews 10:23-27

Rather, it’s purpose is to save lost sinners and to build up and encourage believers through God’s Word and prayer seeking fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ [Messiah]in personal discipleship, worship  to the Lord Jesus as we are conformed to His image.  “For whom God did foreknow he did also predestinate to be conformed to the image of his son…” Romans 8:29

We, as the redeemed.  are scripturally instructed to assemble,  praise and worship God in the worship of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ and for exhorting and provoking one another to good works.

Such worship may be encouraged through, congregational singing of sacred hymns and spiritual songs, reading, preaching and heeding God’s Word, sharing Christian love and fellowship, agreeing together  in offered [public] prayer, and considering and exhorting one another in the Word, provoking one another unto love and good works and bearing witness with one another in the Holy Ghost.

Admonition: Online streaming does not satisfy physical, in-person assembly. Electronic media can not substitute for  physical inter-personal fellowship, commitment, or vulnerability, nor does it allow for the kind and comforting touch of another person.  e.g. Laying on of hands, 1 Timothy 4:14;  the right hands of Christian fellowship, Galatians 2:9; or an embrace, Acts 20:1; or greeting with a holy kiss,

1 Thessalonians 5:26.

We give thanks to the Lord, for DailySpurgeon.com  , a website for building up fully devoted followers of the Lord Jesus Christ who are taught and teach others to be disciples and we pray that it will forever  be an instrumentality of God to share the gospel, encourage believers and  conform all believers  to the very image of Jesus Christ.

This ministry was begun as daily e-mails of Faith’s Checkbook by Charles H. Spurgeon were sent to Jon Edward Riley.  Jon shared this with others and added many to this mailing list as he shared  his testimony with them.

Jon was called home by his loving Father in Heaven on January 16, 2021 leaving the legacy of this Website to minister to all who will  perpetuate this labor of Love to the glory of God.  And His Eternal Kingdom; The greatest Glory possible ALL belongs to God, alone.

Jon’s honor, is acknowledged  here; giving honor to whom honor is due.  Romans 13:7

We pray that many will be born again, challenged, encouraged, and built-up to become fully devoted followers of the Lord Jesus Christ; being conformed to His image; that they might be the firstborn among many brethren.  Romans 8:28-29.

Jon loved to say, “I’m a blood-bought, born-again Child of God!” to anyone he happened to meet or anyone who would listen.

… Jon’s  testimony lives on from one who, by grace, through faith was forever accepted in the Beloved; who’s loving ways brought the good news of Jesus to many. and one who is now present with the LORD  in glory forever.  One who, one day, we’ll  meet again.
Amen.

Jon  would sometimes just sing-out some of the following songs on the way to church, or sometimes just singing along with the Elvis Gospel CD that was always in our F-150’s CD player while riding with his Dad or,

Best of all, when  an inspired,  spontaneous praise from the Lord would just pop out from his joyful, creative, redeemed and loving heart.

*I Can Only Imagine being present with the LORD,  or hearing the completed song the Lord completed with Jon when he arrived; a song known only to the Lord,  to Jon and the few who heard Jon sing it here. Lyrics remembered  from him singing:   "See my Jesus, Walkin' on duh Waduh"…  an original, inspired song from our beloved  Jon, himself a true and renown original.

It’s also my sincere  message of love to all  my children, grand-children and great grand-children etc..

…Jon would always say “Later”; [as in, see-ya later] instead of “good bye”.  It was his only farewell greeting when parting company with a friend; and, everyone was Jon’s friend.

… He would never  say “good-bye”.

Now, as we remember the sound of him saying “Later”, it rings true in a  new and deeper meaning and it brings a joy and comfort to the hearts of those whom he loved so well; those who love him still and will forever more.

… and how much sweeter to us now, are the promises in these two Hymns:

’Till We Meet Again. (sing along, won’t you?)

God Appeals to Reason  December 11th  Isaiah 30:15-21       with Dr. Peter Masters

Before conversion, the claims of God mean nothing to us, but when God's Word speaks to our hearts, the challenge becomes inescapable. Self-searching begins, and the kindness of God's forgiving love is grasped as never before. Here is God's reasoning with souls.

Sanctification (purification, consecration and commitment) by the Word is the will of Christ for His own, and here we turn to the first three of the Ten Commandments to challenge our souls. How should these be applied today in our lives and churches?

Closeness to Christ    2 Timothy 2:10-12   Dr.  Peter Masters

In this hostile world, believers cannot live successfully and fruitfully without Christ being with their spirits. Here is why the soul is also called the spirit, and what it means for Christ to be with our spirit. Examples and counsels for securing His nearness.

What Is the Gospel  December 11th by the late Dr. R. C. Sproul
Christians are called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but in our day there is confusion about the content of the Gospel. The biblical Gospel is challenged not only by Roman Catholics and liberals, but by those who claim to be evangelical. In this lecture, Dr. R. C. Sproul will clarify exactly what the Gospel is and what it is not.

The Phenomenon of Love December 11th   Isaiah 63.7   Dr. Peter Masters
The nature and scope of human love is impressive, but Divine love, made visible in history and, supremely in the atoning sacrifice of Christ, is limitless, freely bestowed and certain toward all who find Him. Here are the 'loving-kindnesses of the Lord' they experience.
Living for the Flesh or for the Spirit December 11th   Romans 8.5-6     Dr. Peter Masters
There are two classes of people in the Bible, those who focus on 'the flesh', and those who relate to the Spirit. Here are the characteristics and goals of each, and how God can free us from the captivity of flesh to know communion with Himself.
Mutual Debts in Marriage December 11th    1 Corinthians 7:3    Dr. Peter Masters  15 January 2012
A key word has slipped out of some modern translations – the marital debt of benevolence, meaning goodwill and kind benefits. Here are seven debts each has to the other in Christian marriage, a sevenfold bond and blessing to the crowning earthly friendship of life’s journey, are we paying what is ‘due’?

God’s Order for Man and Women   December 11th  1 Corinthians Ch 11   Dr. Peter Masters
Paul answers the question on the roles of husbands and wives and affirms conformity to the dress code of head coverings in Greek society at that time. With Calvin and major confessions we show that the ‘message’ of clothing may change in other ages and lands.

Things Only Believers See   December 11th  1 Corinthians 2:9   Dr. Peter Masters
Sunday Morning 13 February 2022
The apostle impresses upon us the spiritual blindness of the unconverted state to the wonders revealed in the Gospel, including future glories (described here). Here also is the meaning of 'comparing spiritual things with spiritual,'   judging all things and living the mind of Christ

Sunday Morning 11 April 2021 (March 17 Sermon)
In the building of a spiritual family the work of the Holy Spirit is the vital power. Here several Holy Spirit verses in Ephesians are explored (including 'Be filled with the Spirit') to show the different activities of the Spirit in the Christian life.

The True Source of Power     December 11th 1 Corinthians 1.10   Dr. Peter Masters
Sunday Morning 23 January 2022
For the Gospel to be credible, (the Corinthians [and many today] erroneously taught), we need  conspicuous personalities or preachers. Here Paul proclaims the true source of spiritual power, the preaching of the cross of Christ, and why it is foolishness to the perishing and power to the saved.

He’s alive today, has existed from the beginning as God’s eternal Word,

and He’s returning soon for his bride, the Church.

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:

God was manifest in the flesh, justified in 5Spirit,

believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3:16

A.D. does NOT mean “After Death” as many have come to believe. It actually abbreviates the Latin, Anno Domini, a phrase adopted into English usage that means “Year of [the/our] Lord”. The complete original phrase "anno Domini nostri Jesu Christi" means "in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ”. A.D. is used with B.C. PRAYER December 15th   19, Part 5 of 11  GOD’S UNSPEAKABLE GIFT.

[Dear Father] Today help Thy [Your] people to put on [dress with the righteousness of ] Christ. May we live as those who are alive from the dead, for He is the quickening [life giving] Spirit; and may we feel Him to be so. Is any part of us still dead, Lord quicken it [make it alive]. May the life which has taken possession of our heart take possession of our head; may the brain be active in holy thought; may our entire being, indeed, respond to the life of [Jesus] Christ, and may we live in newness of life. [We ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.] (Complete Prayer is attached in e-mail as: PRAYER 19.doc)

ANECDOTE 135 December 15th   : Look and Live. (Spurgeon’s own account of his personal conversion)

We shall never forget the day, some of us, when we left off [abandoned] self-righteousness and believed in Christ to the salvation of our souls. The marvel was done in a minute, but the change was so great that we can never explain it, or cease to bless the Lord for it.

“Happy day! Happy day!

When Jesus washed my sins away.”

Oh Happy Day (Sacred Praise music added)

I [C. H. Spurgeon] recollect the morning when salvation came to me as I sat in a little Primitive Methodist chapel under the gallery [balcony], and the preacher said, “That young man looks unhappy;” and added, “Young man, you will never find peace except you look to Christ;” and he called out to me, “Look !”

With a voice of thunder he shouted, “Young man, look! Look now!”

I did look, I turned the eye of faith to Jesus at once. My burden disappeared, and my soul was merry as a bird let loose from her cage, even as it is now as often as I remember the blessed salvation of Jesus Christ.

FAITH’S CHECKBOOK December 15th   C.H. Spurgeon  WORLD CONCORD [WORLD PEACE]

-And they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks [pruning tools] : nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn [train and store-up arms for] war any more- Isaiah 2:4

- Y volveran sus espadas en rejas de arado, y sus lanzas en hoces: no alzara espada gente contra gente, ni se ensayaran mas para la Guerra- Isaias 2:4

Oh, that these happy times were come [were here]! At present the nations are heavily armed, and are inventing weapons more and more terrible, as if the chief end of man could only be answered by destroying myriads of his fellows. Yet peace will prevail one day; yes, and so prevail that the instruments of destruction shall be beaten into other shapes and used for better purposes. How will this come about? By trade? By civilization? By arbitration? We do not believe it. Past experience forbids our trusting to means so feeble [so weak and ineffective]. Peace will be established only by the reign of the Prince of Peace. He must teach the people by His Spirit, renew their hears by His grace, and reign over them by His supreme power, and then will they cease to wound and kill.

Man is a monster when once his blood is up, [when temper flairs] and only the Lord Jesus can turn this lion into a lamb. By changing man’s heart, his blood-thirsty passions are removed. Let every reader of this book of promises [the book of Isaiah] offer special prayer today to the Lord and Giver of Peace, that He would speedily put an end to war, and establish concord [peace] over the whole world.

Prayer: Thank You Lord Jesus that one day weapons of war will be changed into useful tools and wars will be no more. Let it come soon. Help me trust You with everything that’s on my heart and to receive your peace that passes understanding in Jesus name, Amen.

MORNING December 15th

"Orpah kissed her mother in law; but Ruth clave unto her." — Ruth 1:14

—Orpha besó á su suegra, mas Ruth se quedó con ella— Rut 1:14

BOTH of them had an affection for Naomi, and therefore set out with her on her return to the land of Judah. But the hour of test came; Naomi most unselfishly set before each of them the trials which awaited them, and bade [encouraged] them if they cared for ease and comfort to return to their Moabitish friends.

At first both of them declared that they would cast in their lot with the Lord's people; but on further consideration Orpah, with much grief and a respectful kiss, left her mother-in-law, and her people, and her God, and went back to her idolatrous friends, while Ruth with all her heart gave herself up to the God of her mother-in-law. It is one thing to love the ways of the Lord when all is fair [pleasant], and quite another to cleave [hold-firm] to them under all discouragements and difficulties. The kiss of outward profession is very cheap and easy, but the practical cleaving [holding-firm] to the Lord, which must show itself in holy decision for truth and holiness, is not so small a matter.

How stands the case with us—is our heart fixed on Jesus, is the sacrifice bound with cords [tied firmly] to the horns [hitching-posts] of the altar? Have we counted the cost, and are we solemnly ready to suffer all worldly loss for the Master's sake? The after gain will be an abundant recompense, for Egypt's treasures are not to be compared with the glory to be revealed. Orpah is heard of no more; in glorious ease and idolatrous pleas-ure her life melts into the gloom of death; but

Ruth lives in history and in heaven, for grace has placed her in the noble line whence sprung the King of kings. Blessed among women shall those be who for Christ's sake can renounce all; but forgotten and worse than forgotten shall those be who in the hour of temptation do violence to [their own] conscience and turn back to the world.

0 that this morning we may not be content with the form of devotion, which may be no better then Orpah's kiss, but may the Holy Spirit work in us a cleaving [holding-firm] of our whole heart to our Lord Jesus. [as did Ruth in this splendid example]

EVENING December 15th

"And lay thy foundations with sapphires. "— Isaiah 54:11

—Y sobre zafiros te fundaré— Isaías 54:11

NOT only that which is seen of the Church of God, but that which is unseen, is fair and precious. Foundations are out of sight, and so long as they are firm it is not expected that they should be valuable [valued] ; but in Jehovah's work everything is of a piece [everything is considered as a complete work] , nothing slurred, [nothing compromised] nothing mean [nothing roughly finished].

The deep foundations of the work of grace are as sapphires for preciousness, [ as precious as sapphires] no human mind is able to measure their glory.

We build upon the covenant of grace, which is firmer than adamant, and as enduring as jewels on which age spends itself in vain. Sapphire foundations are eternal, and the covenant abides throughout the lifetime of the Almighty. [Forever!]

Another foundation is the person of the Lord Jesus, which is as clear and spotless, everlasting and beautiful as the sap¬phire, blending in one the deep blue of earth's ever rolling ocean and the azure [blueness] of its all embracing sky. Once might our Lord have been likened to the ruby as He stood covered with his own blood, but now we see Him radiant with the soft blue of love, love abounding, deep, eternal.

Our eternal hopes are built on the justice and the faithfulness of God, which are clear and cloudless as the sapphire. We are not saved by a compromise, by mercy defeating justice, or law suspending its operations; no, we defy the eagle's eye to detect a flaw in the groundwork of our confidence—our foundation is of sapphire and will endure the fire.

The Lord Himself has laid the foundation of His people's hopes. It is matter for grave enquiry whether our hopes are built upon such a basis. Good works and ceremonies are not a foundation of sapphires, but of wood, hay, and stubble; neither are they laid by God, but by our own conceit. Foundations will all be tried before long: woe unto him whose lofty tower comes down with a crash, because based on a quicksand. He who is built on sapphires may await storm or fire with equanimity, for he shall abide [pass] the test.

A SINNERS PRAYER  FOR WHOEVER SHALL CALL:

Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21

For "whosoever will" may surely come and take of the water of life freely, because "whosoever will" [one who] is already drawn by the Father!  And you have the word of Christ: "All that the Father giveth me, shall come to me; and him that cometh unto me I will in no wise cast out !"

Therefore, pray and call on the Lord Jesus and be saved      … won’t you?

(Pray audibly, and wholeheartedly:)

“Lord Jesus, I’m lost. I’m a selfish, sinful and hopeless sinner. I cannot save myself. Without you and your sacrifice on the cross to save me, I would be hell bound. My sinful nature reveals itself in my sinfulness. I’m totally depraved and I sin because it is my natural born inclination. I know that me doing my best, or being as good as I can, or better than others or making excuses will never be enough to save myself.

I need to be saved.

I look to You, Lord Jesus to save me. Your word states, “It shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21. I call on You now Lord Jesus believing You will save me.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, that You so loved me that you would and, in fact, did die for me on the cross.

I ask that You forgive all my sins and save me. I’m sorry for all my sins and turn away from each one. Thank you, Lord, for paying, in full, the price of punishment for all my sins and for saving me.

Thank you, Heavenly Father that You say, “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: for I am God and there is none else.”
I do look to You in believing You always keep Your Word and. will save me.

Thank You for revealing in me, that the wages of sin is death;  but Your gift is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Thank You, Heavenly Father that you raised Jesus from the dead victorious over sin, death and the grave and that in Him I am eternally saved.

Thank you for saving me.   Holy Spirit. please guide me into all truth and shape me into the very image of Your only begotten son, the Lord Jesus Christ in whose name I pray, Amen.
